The initial process was a online test on your communication skills, this was followed by a telephone interview and an IT test. Once you have completed and passed these stages you are invited for a Video interview.

The second interview process was robotic and biased, and when asked for feedback after the interview, an automated response was sent through the video interview platform with the same message as the interview response.
