The interview was over the phone, conducted by the chief pilot. they are trying to see if you could adjust to their schedule ( 8 hard days off in a month).

I had a Phone call from an HR representative ,initial phone screen. Typical pilot questions. Very nice and professional conversation. I enjoyed the experience. Explained the operation and schedule. Phone call lasted one hour.
