It is a three step process. 1st they give you an old sats paper. 1 English and 1 maths it’s quite easy. Then you have a 30min trial in the classroom (teacher doesn’t know lol) and lastly interview questions about your organisation skills, safeguarding and your understanding of how you work with children etc
