First they ask me to do a take home assignment using JavaScript. After I passed the take-home, it's the 45 mins recruiter screening, where the recruiter asked some general questions and BQs. The recruiter is quite friendly. I did not pass the recruiter screening though

Both the software engineers and the HR department ask questions assertively, which does not align with my perception of the company culture.
