Had a phone interview with a recruiter. Overall, my conversation with her was positive and she indicated that a hiring manager would speak to me in the next two business days. I didn't hear back from the hiring manager, so I followed up with the recruiter (who had an out of office message bounce back). I waited until after the out of office period, and still did not hear back. Totally ghosted by company.
