An 1 hour interview. walking through resume + market sense questions. Market questions regarding macro economy are little bit difficult but interviewer was nice and willing to share his point of view.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a first round interview, and finally a superday. This was all conducted via zoom and the process was relatively quick. It was roughly two weeks from start to finish.

While the content remained standard for investment banking—focusing on typical technical and behavioural questions—the overall length was disappointing. I found the timeline unnecessarily long compared to other firms, which impacted my overall candidate experience.

Interviewed with SVP, 2 VPs, Associate, and analyst over 1 week and received offer within 3 weeks. Technical questions were industry specific and behavioral ones focused on capacity to work long hours and desire to work at Jefferies in the specific group.
