Had a phone call at 6am. Asked me a bunch of market questions. Asked to pitch a stock. Was brief and very cut throat... Got the impression that I was never really considered.

Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
