The first step involved a 30 minute phone screening followed by some behavioral assessments. Then, there was an hour-long face-to-face interview with team members via zoom. Finally, I was assigned a take-home assessment to complete. The process seemed great at first, but turned to crap after the face-to-face interview. The take-home assessment was laughably disorganized, the directions were very unclear, and the feedback provided was terrible.
