Recruiter contacted through email (no calls) and setup the first video screening a week later. The day of the interview the interviewer showed up 10 mins late. Asked some general ds questions, how to scale your web application, questions from my resume. Gave a small coding problem to solve, but we ran out of time and hurriedly finished the interview. Got an email later saying that the feedback was positive but not a strong enough candidate to proceed further. Not really sure how the interview was evaluated but I certainly they need to improve the process.
