I went through four rounds of interviews for a BDR role at Jasper, investing significant time and effort into their process. Despite making it to the final round, I was met with a standoffish interviewer, which was a stark contrast to the earlier interviews. What’s most frustrating is that, despite rejecting me, the job listing is still posted, making it seem like the company was never actually looking to fill the role. This raises red flags about whether this was a real hiring process or just a way to collect candidate insights. To make matters worse, I was ghosted after my final interview. When I reached out for feedback, I received no response, a complete lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time. If you’re considering applying here, be cautious it may be a waste of time. The company doesn’t seem serious about hiring, and their interview process lacks transparency.
