Interview process started great. First round with the hiring manager, and advanced to the tech assessment. Next phase was a 3 person panel interview where I demo'd my solution and did a system architecture exercise. Seemed to go pretty well, but I guess they didn't agree because they ghosted me after the panel interview. Apparently they are too busy to send a rejection message.
