I applied to this believing it would be a good source of income, having lost my previous job due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The interview process involved writing a test CV, Cover Letter, and Linked In profile - however there was no in-person interview. I progressed to the final stage, but decided against finishing my application when I read some of the reviews about payment. It seems to be really low considering the amount of work one bespoke CV takes; I also read reports of poor communication and employees who were not being paid what they were due. As all communication was over an online system, never by phone or over video call, I can imagine this might have posed a problem when trying to resolve any future issues. Just want to save other applicants the trouble I went to writing lots of documents, only to find this is a company who apparently (according to the rest of the Glassdoor reviews) do not pay their employees what they are owed.
