Hi , We really apologize the experience u thought and faced . I guess u applied for BRANDING MANAGER position at NIT BHOPAL and with core package of 3.2L i.e higher than any bulk hiring companies . We shared the complete Job Description with your TPO about the rounds we're going to conduct in 4 pages sheet and after you analyzed/understood full information ,you sit on the drive .We apologize ,we have our own protocol to hire just like Google or Microsoft have,nor you neither anyone from world can change it . Regarding the 7-10 days of practical tasks ,it was CLEARLY listed in Job Description sent 16 days before drive and i hoped you read all before coming for drive . We respect talent ,love challenges and hence gave future leaders some practical tasks which NO WAY DID PROMOTION but YES tested your willingness power,logical thinking skills and don't let down leadership . We are really sorry for the experiences you had but unfortunately we cannot change our protocol of hiring potential candidates .We got bit good feedback because of our different hiring algorithms across the India including IIT Bombay. Our senior HR management usually blacklist such colleges from where we get no talent and such feedback .
