Classic interview, one on one discussion. Interview was arranged in three conversations, role description, interest or not and main interview, job offer and negotiations. The interview took place in a local cafe next to a central store easy to reach. The discussion was very relaxed and spent most time discussing experience and goals for the hiring store to be achieved. Communication process also covered in the interview. Job off came quickly, finalisation of formalities took the longest, months to a year for some.
