Received an invitation for an initial screening for the role. Found out the recruiter was not screening, but instead the meeting was led by two experienced leaders. The only relevant question they asked me was the typical "Tell me about yourself", and then proceeded to explain the role and left nearly 20 minutes for questions from me. I don't think this was an appropriate screening as they were not skilled in interviewing and gave very minimal effort to understand if I was apt for the role, outside of the questions I asked (which I tried to use to elaborate on my relevant experience). Then, they took 2 weeks to let me know I wouldn't move forward after a friendly email asking about my current status.

Initial interview conducted virtually. The interviewer was kind and engaged, but I was completely ghosted after the interview despite multiple follow-ups. The team seems nice, but not receiving any communication after an interview is unfortunate.
