I applied online and was promptly emailed back. From there, we set a date and time for an interview. The interview itself was semi-formal, a telephone interview nonetheless. The conversation lasted for about 45 minutes, as we covered various topics of interest specific to job/role.

Disorganized and unhelpful. I had two interviews by phone and then never heard back. Found out months later that human resources lost my paperwork which resulted in significant delays to the hiring process.
