Interviewed with department manager and two project managers. One interview after submitting my resume to the HR department in response to a job posting on www.jacobs.com. The website has job postings for the entire company at all skills sets and job types. Not intimidated by interviewing team, as they were friendly, yet very on point with their questioning. Clearly they know what type of employee they are seeking for the open position.

If you recognized a design flaw on a project once submitted to the client that was not caught by the company or the client, was constructed, and ultimately caused an accident, would you bring it to the attention of senior management?

interview went well. asked competency questions. Ended up telling me 3 days after the interview that they arent hiring. makes me wonder why they interviewed me to begin with after the feedback i got was glowing.
One round of interview with people on the team. Three people interviewing in total, one manager, one technical, and one other person in the same role as the one you are interviewing for.

What was a problem that you faced with a project and how did you overcome it.
I applied on line and had one round of interviews with the hiring manager and team. It took a few weeks to hear back for an interview. Roundtable interview where everyone asked at least one question.
