The process took a long time. There were three interviews, but each was fairly easy with no hard questions or pressure. They made a fair offer that I accepted. There was a drug test after I accepted and a waiting period for the background check. Overall the process took about three months to get the offer and about 6 weeks for the background check.

Overall a smooth Process. Really nice staff and good interview questions. more of a conversation than an interview. Type of questions they ask is competency based questions e.g. "think of a time"..etc
Informal discussion asking about experience so far, aspirations, skill sets. Seemed like a pre-screening interview with the hiring managers. Virtual meeting - reasonably informal, polite and professional. Informed about company current projects.

Easy interview, worst part is the background check, the service they use is really outdated in their process that required me to do a lot of work myself. The service seemed very unorganized
