A one hour interview with two employees. It included many of the usual questions with an assessment towards the end. The assessment was to look at a map and discuss how you would design a road between two towns, whilst considering all of the constraints of the location. It was very casual and enjoyable.

First send CV and fill out application questions. The next round is a solo video interview. There is a time limit for each question and there are roughly 4 questions.
