Lengthy application on their career site, followed by an in person interview with a hiring manager and a manufacturing facility supervisor, together. Background check. Both interviewers were in polos and khakis, and were friendly/easygoing. They explained the following steps of the hiring process and asked about previous experience, a difficult situation, why you fit the job, and what you are seeking from this job.
