Applied online with CV + motivation letter, Jacobs recruiter contacted me through email to set up a first interview. The first interview was technical and asked questions about a process flow diagram, distillation column, pumps, etc. It was positive and I was called for a second interview with the manager. The second interview was non-technical and he asked me questions about where I see myself in 5 years, what are my goals, etc. I was told I'd hear back within a week but I never got a feedback.

Il processo di selezione si articola in due step: il primo con il capo dipartimento molto colloquiale e conoscitivo, il secondo con il responsabile HR principalmente incentrato sulle aspettative lavorative.
Thought it was a good interview process based on situational tasks and lasted for approx 45 minutes. Found out successful very shortly after so positive experience. No technical interview for this role.
