I spoke to a recruiter at my university career fair and was contacted a couple weeks later by phone asking me to come to the office for an interview. I scheduled my interview for the following Friday. The interview was very relaxed with 4 current EIT's in the department I would be working in . They were just asking questions about my resume and general questions to get to know me better. Didn't feel at all like they were trying to intimidate me. After my interview one of the EITs gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to a employees that were there. I received an offer that next Monday.

They asked about each individual past work experience I had and the details of what exactly I did. They asked how I thought what I did at my past employers could help me there.
The interview was not too technical. They asked about my interests and activities in school. I already had experience, so they wanted to make sure I fit in and would like the work.

They asked basic behavioral questions. It was a one round interview. HR has very hard to communicate with. They gave the offer on the spot. There was 1 interviewer who was friendly.
