Overall process was just an online application and an assessment centre. Applied online directly through Jacobs website in February and received a reply in April inviting me to an assessment centre. Application was pretty straightforward. The assessment was split into 3 activities: - an hour long group interview/exercise, - an hour long interview with 2 members of the team, - 30 minutes of psychometric tests: a 15 minute numeracy test (non-calculator) and a 15 minute reporting test. The group exercise was to decide where to invest in a new housing project outside of the UK and give a 5 min presentation back to the interviewers with reasons why you chose that. The interview had a series of technical and competency questions.
