Meet & Greet followed by Interview at their office. The people were extremely accommodating. Recently hired graduates and interns of the company described their day at work and did an office tour. There were 3 interviewers who were very kind and explained what work they do in their group and their respective roles.

Thorough interview process, quite long and asked a lot of questions regarding relevant experience. I enjoyed the interview process and thought it went quite well however Jacobs wasn't my first choice and I was waiting to hear back from another company hence why I declined in the end

Entrevista
Took 5 interviews that were in person and met the client that I was working for. The questions were difficult but doable. After the interview was over took 2 weeks before they made an offer.

What is you're experience with dealing with sub contractors?
It was a good, positive experience with everyone being professional. It could have been better, quicker communication, but that comes with the territory of a large company. It was just one interview, as it was an entry level job.
