I was contacted by the department manager to join the team once they started rehiring after the recession. He (the dept. mgr.) was very friendly and approachable via phone. We discussed their needs and my current position then set up a formal interview. At the formal interview I spoke with the dept manager and the piping coordinator one on one. Both were very friendly and knowledgable.

It was good to attend the interview with jacobs. That was fully online interview process from technical to tool test. And i was cleared the both the HR interview process for contract or permenant role and for salary discussion.

2 to 1 interview. Very precise, technical questions, skills regarding the software that will be used. Nice talk, around 35 minutes. Nice description of the role and what comes together in it (pressure, salary).

Sent resume through school adviser and was set up with an interview within the week. Very well structured and informative. They let me know there was no promises as to whether I would get hired. I was hired the next week and filled out paper work and was on the job the following week.
