It was overall pretty easy, the guy interviewing me was really easy to talk to and did not give any hard questions. Try to prepare for basic questions and that’s about what they should ask you.

Initial phone screening discussing background, availability, communication skills, and interest in the role, followed by behavioral STAR-style questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, organization, and customer-service-oriented situations. Just be prepared to answer basic star method questions, and it should be straightforward from there.
