Applied online via. university portal. One in person interview shortly after in their office in Bray. Offer received a week or two later. Interview had many technical question - specifically manufacturing and design questions.

Initial screening with a recruiter. After a few weeks, I was contacted to schedule an interview with the team lead. I was asked engineering oriented questions and a couple of questions about my experience.

How would you go about solving a problem that arises?
Long turn around time (about a month). Two interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the hiring manager. Pretty straight forward, they just want to know your technical skills and see if you fit with what they need for that particular project/role.
