Job was for high visibilty proposal/BD role. 30% CAGR desired. Interviewer was very well informed about position, drilled down very quickly in to my background. Focus was on quantitative results and familiarity with the market space. My background wasn't quite deep enough in the commercial market. Interviewer called the next day and was very polite in saying no thanks but keep on trying!
