First of all, the tone they are using is friendly. They are very calm and gladly explain what department they are and what they are soing right now. Mostly their questions are the usual interview question and the best part is that, before the interview, the email had already notify us the questions that will be asked and that exactly what they ask plus some additional questions. Hence, during the interview, all the answers had been prepared and I can answers them quite smoothly.
