I interviewed with both HR and the hiring manager and was told that they would be scheduling an in person interview at the headquarters in Tampa, FL. I was then GHOSTED by both of them. Neither voicemails nor emails were returned asking for follow up.
It would have taken 30 seconds to respond to an email saying "We have selected another candidate." Instead, 3 weeks after I was told a face to face would be scheduled I finally gave up.
If this is how you treat potential employees I can only imagine how you treat actual employees.

The interview was very easy and they did not ask any tough questions. The interview was conducted professionally and they did not seem condescending. Overall it was a positive experience.
