I applied online and heard back a few weeks later. I was interviewed over the phone by 3 different people. They were super friendly and casual. They mainly asked behavioral questions, but I was asked one technical questions. The whole process went smoothly

The interviewers asked about my project experience and a specific challenge I faced. They also wanted me to explain my current knowledge and skills in Excel. They also asked some general behavioral questions. Overall, it was not difficult.
