An employee referred me and then the process started.Firstly Telephonic Screening, then Telephonic Interview, and finally Onsite Interview. Mostly Interviews are Behaviorial and focusses on resume and previous job experience. It was nice overall.

Initial phone screen to discuss high level qualifications and background, first round interview with hiring manager (and senior team members), potentially a second round with prospective coworkers. Florence, KY site doesn't follow traditional work cell model (other sites).

Will you please describe the way in which you troubleshoot a problem?
It was a phone interview, that led into an in-person visit at the site. It was very simple and not too overwhelming, The in-person visit was very helpful in learning what I would be doing day-to-day.
