I received an email to inform me that a phone interview is scheduled between the hours of 12:00pm-2:00pm of the same day of the email. I replied back stated that interview should come with a notice in order to reschedule my other responsibilities and it also should be specific as it is not right to wait for 2 hours for an interview. I did not get a reply, instead while I was driving, I got a interview phone call at 1:20 at the same day. I explained to the interviewer that I have had requested to reschedule due to commitments and cannot undergo the interview at the moment. The end result is ghosting and no reply to my email and no rescheduling.
