Overall good experience. There was a lot of communication leading up to the interview. My recruiter sent me an agenda and let me know who I would be meeting. The interview team did a nice job of breaking the ice and making sure I felt comfortable. Everyone was easy to talk to and by the time I was finishing the interview, I really wanted the opportunity to work at JR Automation.
