The hiring process was very efficient. They had me interview with back to back employees and were very quick to make their decision. Very professional and very structured.
Interviewed with a recruiter and a relationship manager on the team. Made an offer after the two interviews. Very easy and not too deep. The STAR method was not used and I was not asked to describe a scenario.

Interview was super easy, They asked normal client focus questions. They are looking for people with treasury skills and client experience in commercial banking. Overall pretty easy interview with no difficult questions.
