Entrevista
A pre-screening is conducted by the recruiter with questions emphasizing on and related to the information in the job description. Once the pre-screening is conducted and if the recruiter feels you have some (and in some cases all) of the required skills and experience, your name and information will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
Once the hiring manager reviews the information provided by the recruiter an interview/no interview decision is made. The hiring manager communicates the decision to the recruiter who then contacts the applicant to set up an in person interview. The "speediness" of a decision once you have completed the interview is based in part by your credentials and the immediate need of the open position

HINT - Know the job you are applying for and be ready to provide examples of doing similar tasks and/or having similar responsibilities.
