The HR connected with me on WhatsApp but did not share the job description. She directly shared the location for the first-round interview. After clearing the first round, I appeared for a second round which was a coding test. I followed up for two days after completing the second round, and finally received a response saying that my profile does not match their requirements. It’s confusing and disappointing to be told this after going through two rounds of interviews without clarity from the beginning.
