Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en JM Family Enterprises
Entrevista
The beginning and mid-part of the process was fairly routine. I interviewed with a recruiter, who then passed me along to the hiring manager. Based on that conversation, I was given several panel-style interviews. The feedback was extremely positive and encouraging, and I was told that I would be moving along to the final round. The recruiter, who had been quite communicative up to that point, said that she'd get back to me within a week to set up these interviews.
That was the last I ever heard from her.
I reached back out to her on three different occasions after she sent the email about scheduling the final round. I finally gave up after a month of silence, when it became clear that I wasting my time trying to get in touch with someone who clearly didn't want to be bothered responding.
For a company that's been around as long as JM Family/SET has been, I was astounded that they would "ghost" anyone like that. I completely understand that they went in another direction. That's life. But to make that far in the process and not even get something as simple as a formulaic "Thank you for your time, but we've gone in another direction" rejection email? No explanation, not insight. Just silence. It doesn't get anymore unprofessional than that.
