Very unprofessional experience. I was there for maybe 20 minutes. I asked them what on my resume wanted them to interview me and the response was I had a nicely laid out resume. REALLY!?!? I thought it odd they called me in for a face to face without a telephone interview first. Phone interviews are standard for inside/phone sales roles. Phone interviews also give me a chance to determine if this position is worth going in for a face to face or not. I have a very accomplished background. The VP who was there even said so. They obviously have some sort of criteria on what they want for them to only ask me maybe 4 questions tops and then the interview was over. They completed wasted my time when a prescreening phone interview could have prevented this. I was also not impressed with the demeanor of the VP Sales and the manager who interviewed me. After checking the reviews for JM Eagle, it is all for the better as it appears this is a horrible company to work for.
