Applied online, unfortunately there were some delays and the agency got in touch 3 months later to invite me for a face to face interview. Very soon afterwards the offer was made- the salary was never discussed and the interviewers did not mention anything about it. The offer was made and I started 2 weeks later. The process was quicker after the interview; The business struggles to keep pace with its growth so many things are still a work in progress.
