3 stages. 1) Interview - Behavioural interview. e.g. describe a time/situation when you overcame an obstacle in a project? 2) Group Task - you each given an individual card and have to communicate with other group members and come to a decision regarding the different choices you are presented. 3) Presentation You are also given lunch with the current graduate scheme members.
