During the interview, they asked about experience in relevant field/skills and how it aligns with the responsibilities of the role. They were also interested in learning about my approach to problem-solving, teamwork, and how they’ve handled challenges in previous positions. There were questions about their understanding of the company and the industry, as well as where they see themselves contributing to the team in the future. Additionally, there was a focus on their motivation for pursuing the role and how their skills would be an asset to the organization.
