Met with several people ranging from the recruiter, hiring manager, other team members, HR, etc. The process required two visits to HQ with the second one focused on a teaching presentation. Industry standard practice in these presentations typically to to gauge how well candidates develop teaching lessons and can teach sales people however, in this instance, the two people at the mock teaching class were more interested in seeing how well the candidate can regurgitate minor facts about the Frog core product. For example, this team was more interested to see if candidates can tell them the history of this product, rather see how candidates can teach sales people how to align product features and benefits to actual prospect needs (potential customers don't care about the history of your product). This is a Gotcha situation that doesn't align with their value of Integrity.
