The process was fine. There was an initial phone call with a HR rep and then follow up emails to schedule a zoom interview with the HR specialist. I thought it was kind of odd that the first real interview was with HR and not a professional interview. In the zoom interview I felt like the HR rep was trying to show me how I am not suitable for the job even though she had no background in finance. I felt like she was trying to put me down so of course it was not successful. Just a bad experience.
