Recruiter reached out and set up time after a strong pitch about the company. Went through a standard process with the HM where nothing out of ordinary was asked. Most of the questions were on my experience with no hypothetical questions. However, the maturity of this company leaves a lot to be desired. No standard process or understanding of what they are looking for. It felt like a complete waste of my time during the interview simply because the HM didnt look prepared or understood what jfrog was looking for. I would recommend the recruiting and hiring team to better understand their requirements as well as the candidate's profile before both the parties invest their valuable time
