After submitting my resume for the position, JEB corresponded via email before scheduling an interview. I was directed to a link to a website which connected with a skills test for Accounting/Bookkeeping. JEB also uses a couple of different personality type tests before hiring. A one on one interview was scheduled. After the one on one with the owner, the current employees have the opportunity to briefly talk with the candidate to see if they all "mesh".
