It was a 20 minute approx. interview discussing previous experience relating to the role. Interviewer also asked how I would handle certain situations and scenarios with different customers. The interview was relaxed and casual.

What would you do if a mother without much knowledge of the store came into the store looking for clothes for her son?
Good very nice and easy experience I enjoyed it throughout my time there and the staff were very friendly to me as I had been in the area for the past few weeks

overall it was pretty relaxed, arrived on time and had to wait 10-15 to be interviewed which isn’t to bad. The interview questions were pretty simple and easy, interviewer was nice and made it feel more laidback.
