There were two people from JCPenney that interviewed me. There were very serious and did not smile at all during the interview. They just asked me question about school and nothing about my job experience. I feel I could had done better if they have asked questions about my job experience. The main thing about an interview is all about practice practice and practice!
I have been asked a few question about my extracurricular activities. I think those are good questions and interviewer is quite nice and willing to listen more. I am appreciate for the chance of interview.

Entrevista
The first steps including three phone interviews and then the final steps were very exciting at the home office in Plano. It was two days with a few tests on the computer, and then a panel interview and a project. I loved the process because you really got to know the company and they really got to know you as a person. Everyone I spoke to was very genuine and interested in me as a person and my future.
