The first 3 interviews were conversational. More about what I had done in my previous experience. The team took time to explain the role & help me understand the team culture. I was extremely comfortable and that helped me converse more freely. The last 2 interviews were more about "what would I do in a situation". More on the behavioral side. Overall I had to go through 5 rounds of interview - 1st - Recruiter 2nd - Senior team member from the hiring team 3rd - Hiring Manager 4th - VP, Marketing 5th - HR round It took about a month for all the interviews to take place to close the interview process. P.S- My recruiter was extremely warm. She ensured I was aligned to the process throughout and kept asking me how I was feeling. She was a call away if I had questions or doubts.
