It was a group interview and rather than question us on our experience or anything relevant to the job they instead made us play completely unrelated games to see how our “leadership and team skills” were. The first game was to look at a picture for 10 seconds and then tell your teammates what to build with the blocks without touching the blocks yourself.
No idea how that shows that I’m able to fold clothes and ring up purchases but that’s how they did the interview.

Super easy and quick process I interviewed with four people back in the days. This was my first job it was absolutely fun and it taught me how to become more social and responsible.

was good, quick and to the point, was an interview for a different position but they had filled it so just did the regular cashier position and worked that out which was nice
easy they ask you simple multiple choice answers that are pretty easy to guess which one is correct. They were easy to talk to too. at least at my location. It was a hiring event which prob explains it
